Call for Nominations: MA Rural Health Transformation Program Community Advisory Council

The Massachusetts Rural Health Transformation Program is now accepting nominations for its Community Advisory Council. The MA Executive Office of Health & Human Services (EOHHS) is seeking to appoint 15-20 members reflecting a range of populations, organizations, and geographic areas including:

• Residents of ruralcommunities in Massachusetts
• Primary care, behavioral health, EMS, and social services providers in ruralareas
• RuralHospitals and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC)
• Representatives of ruralmunicipalities
• Community-based organizations that serve ruralresidents
